meatballs! get your meatballs here!

Did you catch this NPR story over the weekend about meatballs? They are apparently surging in popularity around the country in 2011 due to being both inexpensive to purchase and easy to make. They are also surging in popularity in our house because they an irresistible size, shape, and texture for our little munchkins.

I guess I'm hip without knowing it, since I shared my mother-in-law's meatball recipe earlier this year. Didn't know I posted that recipe or where to find it? I hope to have remedied that problem this week by creating a new page on the blog that lists all the recipes I share in one easily-searchable place (click hyperlink or see tab above between "the fam" and "children's stories").
